Report Illegal or Prohibited Content

Use this procedure to report illegal content, abuse, or security vulnerabilities. We assess precise notices without unnecessary delay and provide reasons and an appeal route where legally required.

1. How to report

Reports of illegal or prohibited content may be sent to info@summalabs.ai. To help us act quickly and proportionately, please include:

  • the location or conversation identifier;
  • a clear explanation of the issue;
  • the legal or policy basis for the report;
  • relevant evidence and your contact information;
  • a good-faith declaration that the report is accurate.

2. How we handle reports

We assess sufficiently precise notices without unnecessary delay, preserve evidence proportionately, and, where we restrict content, provide reasons where legally required and an internal complaint route. We maintain a point of contact for authorities and users and will cooperate with competent authorities as legally required.

3. Security vulnerabilities

Suspected security vulnerabilities should be reported to security@summalabs.ai and should not include unnecessary personal data. Good-faith, authorised security research conducted within the Acceptable Use Policy is welcome.
